Refund policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our return policy allows for returns under specified conditions.

Return Terms:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom orders, perishable goods, or products marked as non-returnable, are excluded from this policy.

Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after receiving the returned item. 

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a company error or defective product.
